In November 2022, we will begin using the MyPetsWellness app.  Unfortunately, the PetProConnect platform is no longer available.  MyPetsWellness is a free app allowing for immediate access to your pets medical information! This app is available on Apple and Android devices as well as on your desktop computer.

With this program, you can access your pet's vaccine and prescription history and can chat with us to ask questions, request an appointment, or request prescription refills. We hope this app becomes a great resource for your family and allows for easy communication with our staff!

For instructions on how to download and use the app, see below:

1. Click the appropriate button below (Apple App Store vs Google Play) based on your cell phone OR search and download "MyPetsWellness" in the store on your device.

2. When prompted to give a registration code, click "I don't have a code".

3. Enter the email address we have on file for you. If you are not sure which email address we have, please call the office at 518-692-2227 to verify or correct this information.

4. Once you receive a registration code via email, enter it into the MyPetsWellness app. Please be patient as it can take up to 24 hours to update your information and send the registration code. Once the registration code is entered, you will now have access to your pets basic information, appointment and vaccine history, upcoming reminders, and a list of previous prescriptions.
